Meet Robin Penney
I really started organizing my life and home as a new mom who was doing All The Things.
Over the years raising my kids, I figured out how to push through the overwhelm, clear the clutter and set up systems.
I’ve helped many others how to get and stay organized (and to actually find space for self-care!!), many of whom also felt like they had no time, no control, were “just messy,” or were told they couldn’t do it.
Organization is just a skill, and is something that can be easily learned and taken step by step. You can do this!! I can help you get there

Hi, I’m Robin!
I love helping others create calm throughout their lives and homes.
When I’m not organizing, you can find me gardening & baking, hanging out with my two young-adult kids, teaching yoga & lifting weights, spending time with my family and friends, and wine tasting with my hubby in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains in California where we live.
Even while growing up, I had a love and a knack for being organized with my schoolwork and in my room. I’ve always enjoyed an organized space. It has always helped calm down my monkey mind.
When I met my architect-husband (who is much like me in this regard!), it became the norm for us to be constantly working on home-improvement projects and striving to make our home feel clear and beautiful.
I even brought this organization-bonanza into my work career: first as a software designer, where I focused on process improvement for our clients; second, as a yoga and movement teacher, working with busy moms to help them get stronger and more mindful and to evolve their habits to fit in the self-care rituals they so desperately needed.
Working with moms has always been important to me. It was really when I became a mom myself back in 2003 that I quickly understood the importance of keeping things organized and having systems and routines to keep the household running smoothly and for my own sanity.
Many years were spent raising my two wonderful kids and helping our family to get through each day, each milestone, and to enjoy the moments along the way. During those years, I studied and implemented many systems in my own life from organizing experts like The Fly Lady, Marie Kondo, the STEP program from Learn.Do.Become, David Allen’s Getting Things Done method and much more. I’ve done it all!
It seemed like overnight that my kids were ready to fly the nest and head off to school. At that point, I realized I possessed and had developed a true talent and gift for organizing and meeting families where they’re at.
Now, I have combined my love for organizing with wanting to help those I truly understand…moms. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by the chaos and to even feel a sense of lost identity. Getting organized is such an important part of finding calm, dialing in great habits, and evening out household responsibilities among family members so life gets easier.
Let’s take back your life so you can spend time with the people you love and doing the things you enjoy, without the stress and constant chaos!
Why Choose Me?
Process Improvement Expert
I’ve read the books and taken the courses so you don’t have to! From “Atomic Habits” to the FlyLady to the STEP program with Learn.Do.Become to Marie Kondo, to the Home Edit to Lean Six Sigma and more, I’m a bit addicted to educating myself about the best systems for the task and person/family at hand. My brain is your gain!
Teacher & Coach
I have over 12 years experience as a certified yoga teacher and movement coach. Those teaching skills mean that I can convey knowledge to clients 1-on-1, in groups, through workshops, speaking, retreats, or online courses. I will meet you where you are with mindfulness and clear support.
Tech Maven
My 17 years as a software designer and then as a yoga teacher offering classes online means that I know my way around the online world AND the offline world. My tech skills allow me to help families all over North America to organize their homes virtually…with ease!
Fellow Mom
I’ve raised two kids and managed the myriad of tasks that come with running a busy household while holding down full-time jobs and then owning my own small business. I have refined tons of systems that really work to keep the chaos at bay and to bring more self-care front and center.
